Project Description

Hello,

I need to follow the following instructions for a installing a product called "Brekeke SIP Proxy":
<------------------------------
(1)Before installing Brekeke SIP Server, you need to install the following programs:

- Java J2SE JRE 1.4 or later ([url removed, login to view])
- Servlet Engine Apache Tomcat 4.1.2 or later ([url removed, login to view])

(2)Installing and starting
Copy the file [url removed, login to view] to webapps directory in Tomcat and start Tomcat.

(3) You now can access Brekeke SIP Server admintool through a web browser, for example, http://localhost:8080/proxy with the default user ID (sa) and password (sa).
------------------------------>

I downloaded the Java, Tomcat and [url removed, login to view] to the server (on which apache is already installed and running) and maybe even succeeded installing the Java (I'm not sure), but I'm not sure how to install Tomcat and if everything is OK. I need someone to check and complete the installation until step 3 above is confirmed and I can see the application running. Obviously, Tomcat and Java should autostart in case I reboot the server.

I also need help in preparing an init.d startup file for the following process:

<------------------------------
/var/stund/server -h [url removed, login to view] -a [url removed, login to view] -b
------------------------------>

For a knowledgeable Linux administrator, this project shouldn't take more than 1/2 an hour and the budget is consequently very low.

Thank you,

David
