3437 need portion of a site cloned

On ziprealty dot com the have a menu that i want cloned. If you go on the homepage you will see 2 tabs: 'Buy a Home' and 'Sell your House' Under 'Buy a Home' they have three links 4 links and under Sell your House they have 3 links. Then to the left they have 'Buyer overview' and 'Seller overview' that leads into page with a white outline. I want this created on my home page. I dont care what the links say I just want the same look. I will change later. Straight .html pages will do. Take their css and rename it if need be. Can you do this. Need asap
