Project Description

I'm looking for someone who can help us to integrate the asterisk phone system with the salesforce CRM.

Salesforce already have pre-configured CTI interface - Open CTI with demo adapter:

We will need new adapter which will support asterisk AMI for incoming call pickup, call logs, click-to-dial, reporting etc.
