Ebay Templates

We need someone to re-design our template on ebay w/ more up to date and more flashy looking design. We sell car parts/accessories online. [login to view URL] . We need/want the ability to change our shipping terms and pricing relatively easily and quickly. Also in the recommended items section of our current template we need those items to link back to specific items in our ebay store that are related to the current product being viewed. We want to see samples prior to accepting any bids for work performed. Include link to portfolio. Also anyone whom can offer us better back end order ful-fillment as in PAYPAL IPN or API interface telling us the model number of the product and when its sold and all that information. Our website runs on a WINDOWS 2003 Server so any programming language will work or it can be a desktop appliation for the 2nd part of this qoutation.
