Sales Contact Flash Animation

I need a sales map flash animation created similar to this one: [login to view URL] You will need to: 1. Create graphic of map which should look exactly like this blue world map. 2. Add a total of 16 countries. 3. Each country pop-up box will contain a country flag which I will supply and corresponding text listing all country contacts. 4. In each country pop-up it would be nice to have the correct time and date of each country listed in real time. Here is an example of it done in javascript: [login to view URL] 5. When you click or roll over a country under the map you will see a table listing the corresponding text of all country contacts which will sync with the animation. This can be done all in flash or a comb of syncing the flash to the html by javascript. 6. Change orange roll over color to a fire engine red. You will need to communicate with me via yahoo im to make changes if necessary once the project starts.
