Project Description

I need someone to create a decision flow that uses Jscript to handle the decisions.

I need the code to be easy, that I could add or remove questions eventually.

the way I need the information to be displayed is :

Do you like eating fruits?

choose one of the following:

yes no

if yes go to next question if no user should receive a educational message ei)"you should be eating fruits they are good for you"

once one of them is selected on the right side of the screen should be a text area that should be showing up the question and the answer selected all the answers should show up in there so that I can copy and paste them in a word document.

"Do you like eating fruits?: Yes"

I need the decision flow to be displayed in a plain html where in the left side of the screen the desicion flow must be, and on the right side the screen a text area with the results.

I need to fill the decision flow with 20 yes or no answers and 5 with multiple choice and 10 continue button options with no result stacking on the text area. the html is going to be used in my computer for educational purposes for little kids and I need the code to be easily modified to add or remove questions.

if it is possible it would be nice to be able to import the questions from an xml file so that they could be easily removed/added in the future if needed.

Im looking for something similar to [url removed, login to view] but it must be able to run in an offline computer. and not with many resources.

also the code should be similar to this as in the example given above:

tree> Tree How healthy is your diet?. - Do you like fruits? Yes No - Do you like apples?? Yes No

only one question should be displayed at a time and once one button is clicked the next one should appear.

this is a proyect to be used in little kids to make consiousness about a healthy diet and get a report on how is their diet right now.
