This is a prototype HTML5 conversion from an existing Flash tutorial. Developer will program using provided graphics, video and storyboards.
Program a framework shell to play back a series of 25 linear HTML5-compatible mobile web pages, based on storyboards provided (see attached). 12 of these pages require only simple video file playback, 13 require programming some interactivity, as described on each storyboard.
The framework shell needs to support video pause, replay, mute audio, next page, previous page, exit and needs to automatically deliver appropriate video file (webm, mp4, flv) based on a detected browser and device.
If awarded the job, the developer will be provided:
* all appropriately sized graphics in psd file format, named to the storyboard number
* the finished/sized video (with audio embedded), named to the storyboard number, including versions for .webm, .mp4, and .flv
Pages need to be designed to play back within the shell interface provided (see attached) and playback on
both Mac and PC browsers, using:
o IE 9 or above,
o Firefox 16 and above,
o Safari 6 and up,
o Chrome 23.0 and up
And Android and iPad tablets.
The functionality needs to be as described in the storyboards. The project will be due by 1/14/2013. Acceptance will be based on the ability to launch a single start file and navigate through all 25 screens, and use the interactive activity, as well as play back on the target browsers and tablet devices (iPad) and Android Ice cream sandwich (Android v4.0)
