I need an experienced programmer with 3+ years of experience in Javascript for the development of a custom solution. (Please no inexperienced programmers). There is an existing code which we'll take and modify to fit our requriements. We are based in Sofia, Bulgaria and programmers located in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia or Macedonia are encouraged to apply since the device we'll be testing the code on is custom made and a visit would be necessary for debugging. Need to get a working solution before payment is released and flexible on payment terms. The project budget will be discussed after programmer is selected.
