Sample HTML page calling JSON webservice and injecting data to a template

This is dead easy for someone who knows what they are doing.

We want a sample HTML page that shows how render JSON data from a webservice using a template, then inject it into a DOM element.

The JSON data needs to be called from a web service

[url removed, login to view] would be fine for the rendering.

Javascripts must be called stored locally, not called via http as the page will ultimately be used in a mobile app

You must output the HTML in the structure provided (see attachment). It is VERY simple, because this will help us to learn.

The feed address is also in the attachment.
