We are looking for an expert to provide training from 40 to 100 hours of training for 4-5 employees in .NET development, primary for web and distributed applications. People are already experienced in some other technologies but we would like to move them towards. Training will be held over video conferencing system (minimum 2/2mbps on another side). The focus area of the provided training will be:

- MVC
- Entity framework

- CSS within .NET
- AJAX
- MS SQL
We are looking for highly skilled candidates with full understanding of Microsoft .NET technologies. We are not looking for somebody who can teach our employees C#, since our employees are already up to speed with these technologies. Our goal with this training is to educate our employees to use the listed technologies in an efficient way without further referencing.
The successful candidate should be able to explain .NET technologies in great detail with all the abilities and limitations of the programming platform. As well as, problems that might occur in the development environment and how to solve or avoid them when they come up
Prior to selecting candidates we would like to test your ability to use our video conferencing system for an acceptable level of voice and video quality. On your side only decent PC-s with Windows is required and minimum 2/2 mbps.
