Please note that the application must be able to play live as well as VOD content from provided urls in as many as possible video formats including but not limited to windows media videos, flash, avi, mp4, m4v, HLS, m3u8, ts, etc.
The application must be dynamic in terms of the ability to add, delete, edit buttons, lists, titles, links, jpgs, etc. and should have a complete documentation/user guide from admin's perspective.

The application should be very similar to Malimar or Asianiptv on Roku except that it will have much more live content and will also have a large library of VOD (Video on Demand) link.
It must have the device registration, linking functions exactly the same as on most Roku applications.
Again, to complete this project, you will almost certainly need a Roku set top device.
Previous experience of ROKU app/channel development experience is must or preferred.
