The approach to be taken by the project will follow the current best practice for user auth within Angular application, which is demonstrated within Angular's own demo application (angular-app) and covered in various related blog posts. Links will be provided to these examples and references. This development effort has been started.
A (Spring-based) server-side stub application currently exists, providing a minimal REST API to support development and testing of the user rego/auth/password reset functions. As the project progresses the server-stub may need to be enhanced, and there are some options here:
1) We are able to enhance the server stub application according in line with the REST API outline in the angular-app demo application. You will need to stipulate the required REST resources, and we will implement the indicated resource stubs with 24 hrs; OR
2) You can implement the enhancement if you wish (This will involve basic Java coding skills); OR
3) You can substitute our Java server shell with your own alternative, if you believe this will aid your bid and process.
In your response we would appreciate if you indicate what approach you are likely to take on the server-side.
Development will be performed via github.
