Alter Jquery image slider code

Here the page we are working on: triadtestsite dot com/triadinc/header-fixed/branding dot php On the left there is an image rotator that fades images in and out. This is using the Avia Slider code. When you click on one of the blue buttons the new image will fade in over the old one and then the old one suddenly disappears. This should be changed so that when a user clicks the blue button: 1st: old image fades out 2nd: new image fades in There should be no overlap of images. This should be a quick change in the Avia .js code file. Please let me know if there are any questions.
