HTML/CSS cleanup (w3c validation) / site speed optimization

We are looking for an HTML/CSS wizard to help cleanup our sites code and have it validate with w3c. This also includes making sure to use efficient CSS selectors. We also need help setting up static content on a 2nd cookieless domain to help optimize page loads via parallelized downloads across hostnames.
The site is linked here. This should be a very easy and quick job. Because this site is an ecommerce site you will need to have great feedback to be selected for this job and be required to start immediately with NO downtime on the site.
You should be familiar with w3c validation, Google Page Speed and YSlow optimization. You will also be required to have Google chat and maintain communication/updates during the process. All changes and procedures will be discussed before preceding.
Escrow of 50% will be made immediately AFTER work begins and the balance to be paid immediately AFTER job is complete.
