Project Budget$250 - $750 USD
The features needed are:
1) Sign in with Twitter or Facebook
The user should be able to connect to Facebook or Twitter without having to type in their password (assuming they are already signed in on the official apps with their phone) and the app should display their profile image, username and full name.
2) Take a "circle" picture
The camera should open with a circular overlay (see attached) to help the user line up and take a photo. After the photo is taken, it should be resized and cropped and uploaded to a web server (I will provide the web server, code is already written). The URL for the uploaded image will be returned by the server and should be displayed to the user. The user should have the option of choosing an existing photo and then manually dragging and resizing the photo to fit in the circle.
3) Take a "blurry" picture
This is similar to the previous one, except the photo is blurred before uploading to the server. The user should be able to take a photo or choose and existing one, the photo is made blurry and then the blurry photo is uploaded to the web server. The URL returned by the web server should be printed out.
I will test on both iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy.
Example wireframes and more detailed instructions are attached.

When replying, please let me know how long this will take you. I am looking to get this built quickly and it should be pretty straightforward for anyone with PhoneGap experience.
