type ahead drop down

I need a small type-ahead drop down that when a name is clicked it will fire an onclick callback that sends the ID to another function. The MemberID will not be seen in the type-ahead, just a concatenation of lastname, firstname and middleinitial. The attached file has the data. Load the data from a javascript function and have the call back function just do an alert with the ID
