343560 Joomla Site with Membership

QT Shopper is a new company that hires "secret shoppers" to review different establishments. We need a joomla membership site setup from scratch (there is no existing logo, brand, or information to copy). The site should have a good layout for a membership site. There should be a nice logo created for the site, too. The site must have the following capabilities: 1. different levels of membership 2. members must be able to enroll a credit card 3. members will pay a monthly fee - this needs to be integrated as a recurring payment system with an simple audit trail so we can see who has paid their monthly fee and who has not 4. a survey function must be installed so the members can provide feedback 5. there should be sections for the members to learn about - new treatments/services that they will be shopping for - how to be a good secret shopper 6. a trouble ticket script must be installed also to help us handle feedback from the members 7. members must be able to be assigned to (or select) one facility that they will be a secret shopper at IF YOU ARE GOING TO BID ON THIS PROJECT, YOU MUST PROVIDE A MOCK-UP FOR ME TO SEE.
