Data Import/Export - repost

I have a joomla based event website which uses Jevents to create and edit events on the website. Jevents allows me to add multiple attributes to a singular event. I currently have over a thousand events in my website and will need to add more. Many of the events share the same attributes and some events I reocurring and I just need to update a singular attribute on a weekly or monthly basis. Currently I have to go into each individual event to edit the attributes of the event or have to create a new event from scratch or from a copy of another event. I will like a freelancer that is able to script or program that will allow me to export currently listed events to a cvs or excel file, edit the attributes, and re-import the event listings while overwriting the current attributes with the new attributes. I also, need to be able to create new events in this way. It is important I be able to do this why maintaining the security of the website.
