Unfortunately the previous software you produced for me did not progress any further.
I am now considering another idea and would like you to give me a quotation to produce the software up to a similar stage as you did with ‘Teacher’s Friend’
Again if the idea/software is marketable then I will have it upgraded to web based software.
The software programme is designed to help colleagues ‘Log a Service Request’ to a ‘service’ call centre. At present these requests are made by telephone – I believe it will be beneficial if colleagues can get help with their ‘computer problems’ by contacting the ‘service desk’ by completing a template and sending it via email. The software will also keep a ‘log’ of all emails sent.
Find attached flow diagrams of how I see the software operating
Page 1 is used to identify the main area of where the problem is. Depending on the nature of the problem the user is taken down 1 of 4 different routes. These routes are similar in that they are trying to identify more closely what the problem might be – so as the service engineer has a better understanding of the nature of the problem.
Once a route is completed then the software brings the user back again to send the email to the ‘service call centre’
Please let me know if this type of work may be of interest to you and if so the estimated costs and delivery times.
Quotation, if offered, will be for software that is fully functional so as I can send ‘service request’ emails. Also include for a ‘desktop’ icon based on the name of the software ‘LOG a CALL’
If you are unsure about anything please do not hesitate to get in touch.
