Specifcially, we want someone to provide:
- Phone call followup to customers who have enquired through our website
- Web chat support to customers who have queries.
Our product is an online Project Management and Task Collaboration system.
It has lots of features, so i guess we would need the staff to have a base-level of training on the system - plus training on the Key Features, Benefits and Sales Direction.

We are flexible on how to structure this, however we would prefer a 'performance pay' arrangement.
- Base Cost per call
- Base cost per support exchange
- Bonus for sales conversion
Note: our clients are mainly in US, UK, Australia.
