I will give you a list of real estate brokers and realty companies in given areas. You must call them and read a short (less than 1 minute) script which includes them answering 3 questions, and you must include the answers in the excel file next to their name. Native English speakers are preferred due to the phone contact. Also, you must know the difference between, for instance, an apartment complex vs a real estate brokerage (obviously we are going after brokerages but apartment complexes will come up in the results I give you. Do not call these, etc.). It's a very simple project, it might be long term depending on how you perform. Please use the word rainbow so I know you're not spam and you understand the instructions.
