As Sales Executive, you will be given a client responsibility. Your role will be to help develop a database of leads, to set-up and coordinate meetings, write the operating procedures and policies for internal use, conduct clear and concise cold calls, and work to achieve a number of converted leads weekly. Your daily job will include:
• Research and analysis to build contact lists for outreach
• Managing and updating these contact lists through various CRM tools
• Outreach over the phone and across social media platforms
• Arranging meetings with our clients and leads
• Close business for both The Honey Partnership and its clients
Core Responsibilities
Required to demonstrate a good level of communications and a persuasive manner on phone and over social platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. Applicants should be able to demonstrate experienced sales techniques across all types of media to achieve their goals.
Sales outreach executives will need to do a lot of cold calling and be able to have:
- Strong objection handling skills as well as the ability to close a sale.
- Must be hardworking and be able to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
- Must be sales focussed and lead hungry!
- Book appointments for clients
- Convert leads to appointments
- Make high volume calls from the database
- Work towards set KPI's
- Hit or exceed set targets
- Maintain company's high standards of service
