Looking for an experienced inside sales person to call leads and set appointments.
I will provide:
- Contact Info for People to Call
- Training on how to overcome objections and get appointments
- Phone number (so you don't need to use yours)
- System to track calls made, results, etc.
- English as a native language
- Based in the U.S.
- Excellent phone skills
- Understanding of how to use pacing and tone
- Positive, friendly energy (no old-school pushy sales tactics)
- Ability to commit at least 15 - 20 hours per week to making the calls
- Willingness to be held accountable to performance standards
There is the possibility of more than 20 hours per week (depending on performance) and I am looking for someone to work with over the long term. Bonuses over and above the hourly rate are also possible.
