Set ISPconfig up on 3 machines and migrate from old server

I'm working with a manual hosting system (I create the email addresses by hand, create FTP accounts by hand and make DNS entries manually). I've been working on migrating to ISPconfig. What I'd like is to move from this custom service to ISPconfig. So I'd like someone to set up ISPconfig and move the configuration from lighttpd to nginx (with xcache). It's not very complicated but I simply don't have time to do it. I've got 3 machines, 1 full-production, 1 fallback and 1 testing. I'd like them all to be added to ISPconfig. The testing machine is emptied days ago so anything can be tested on it before it goes online.
