CENTOS6 - WHM & cPanel - SMTP configuration

Hi all.
I have problem about WHM and cPanel setting. I will explain my situation below.
Before, I used my old server which is CentOS5 with installed webmin.
I can easily create virtual server with assigned domain, SMTP for this virtual server is working and when I host a ""website with contact form - which visitor submit the form to send request to my email"" . Everything is working normal.
However, when I rented a new VPS which is IBM service. I have installed WHM and cPanel.
I have created 3 packages in WHM. Then, when I migrate my website from old server to new server, I found that the "Contact form" is not working and I have checked, it seems SMTP for the cPanel package I created seems not working. I am not sure what's wrong with it, maybe some configuration is needed?
In conclusion, I only need one thing, which is ...---
After your help to configure everything, I want to easily create package in WHM in future which can directly migrate my website to that new package server, means SMTP and everything is set correctly.
