Update a CentOS 5.5 web server to latest versions of Apache, PHP, and MySQL. Also update Webmin to latest version, since the auto-update isn't working for it.

I want the server to be in a state where I am able to create a database and then connect to it via a php script (using mysqli - which is supposedly enabled by default in PHP 5.3+, but please make sure of this)
Server must be running webmin [url removed, login to view]
Anything not directly related to these items can be deleted if desired ... there is no data that needs to be saved either.
