Fixing error in the centos server & enable the sshd

salam all
by using the whm i have updated the php & mysql on the centos server , then some problems appeared :
1- Warning: mysql_connect(): Headers and client library minor version mismatch. Headers:50162 Library:50524
i tried to solve it but more problems appeared :
2- i cannot see any website on the server ... Forbidden you don't have permission to access / on this server .
3- unable to connect throughout the ssh , mputty.
