Optimize Spamassassin for ISPConfig 3 on Debian 7 (Postfix, Dovecot, Sieve, Spamassassin)

Need help to validate and optimize Spam-control on a ISPConfig 3 server.
Problems
a) Spam is coming through Spamassassin
b) sa-learn ends up with different errors like:
locker: error accessing /var/lib/amavis/.spamassassin/[url removed, login to view]: No such file or directory at /usr/share/perl5/Mail/SpamAssassin/Locker/[url removed, login to view] line 239.
bayes: cannot open bayes
databases /home/spamassassin/.spamassassin/bayes_* R/W: lock failed:
File exists
c) Sometimes is outgoing mail flagged as spam by my own server.
