The concept is to post messages to a queue managed by rabbitmq ... these messages will consist of event metadata from various security devices (IDS, FW, AV, etc). These queues will be subscribed to by other "enterprises" thus enabling the sharing of security events. As events occur then a subscriber can enhance their security posture by incorporating the metadata into their own security devices (FW, AV, IDS, etc).
