Australian University Study Logo Design Needed

Small business startup; to act as an agent in the UK to promote studying at Australian Universties to target market 18-25yo. My business will offer a free service to students who wish to live and study in Australia while they complete a university degree. Details: Must appeal to the 18-25yo age group, but also professional enough for their parents who are paying their fees! Must be culturally sensitive as I am marketing to a wide range of international students, living in the UK. These include Asian, European, African and Far East students as well as British. So the logo should be professional, yet appeal to the fun, adventurous and ambitious nature of students who wish to travel to Australia to study and live and start their careers. Bright pastel colours, simple design with the letters AUS shaped into the country of Australia, so people recognise this, with "Australian University Study" next to the logo. Alternatively, a university style shield with a recognisable Australian symbol, but this might be too complex. The winning designer will get $75.
