Looking for a dynamic and upbeat logo design projecting unwavering credibility with fun. To be used for a private real estate company specializing in doing Owner Financing and Lease Purchase nice homes. Therefore if a potential buyer has Damaged, Bruised, Slow or No credit its OK, we can still sell to them. Their down payment IS their qualification. We’ve been in business for 18 years and have TONS of references. Logo design needs to convey stability, trustworthiness, creativity and fun. Our main business is in Florida so a tropical or sun design wouldn’t be too bad but not necessary. Also our name is ‘Apex Management’ and of course “Apex” means top, peak or zenith. Perhaps we could play off the “A” and a house peak? I’ll know the right design when I see it! Thank you!
