I am looking for a company or at least two developers within the .NET domain for a permanent, long term business relation.
From a preceding development I have approx. 25 man-years applications in source code. Thereby source code for digital signature and encryption (in C++), an application for dentists, dental labs and commercial companies. It also includes a generic data logistic Client/Server communication platform for software agents by XForms including digital signature and encryption.
You should be familar with Visual Studio 2008, C# (C++) under .NET3.5 and know Vista, SQL Server2005 as well as VSS. It would be of benefit if you know DotNetNuke developing environment for our Web Shop. You should also be confident in Microsoft Programming Guidelines. English ‘in source’ documentation belongs likewise to your daily work.
You will development new modules outgoing from my requirements in English written form and/or enhancements as well as bug fixing of products. For this purpose I provide a secured server in the Internet for both sides to access the source code and documents made possible.
We will communicate over email and skype. In the first phase I would like to visit your company gladly. The payment takes place on basis of one man/month for each programmer as well as additionally an efficiency bonus for the sale of that particular application.
