Small OS X utility in Swift

One window that captures two text fields, formats those and transmit them on UDP Broadcast (And showing on screen what is sent). Example of screen attached. Code to be delivered so I can change UDP port later.
In the picture:
User enters text in text field "Hemmalag" and text field "Bortalag", he then press "OK" and the text if shown below the small grey line (Example says "Team A - Team B". If text fields empty and OK is pressed, Out put on screen should be empty and empty strings to be sent on network. The two text fields should be put in one String for the network with a ; as separator.
