Magento add Bulk Import Extension and Google Shopping

Hi Please read and Understand our request before bidding ,we need Exprienced freelancer. We need to add 2 extensions to our new magento site version 1.7 and this needs to be configurated and tested to be working correctly. 1) Import and Export Bulk Products Files, mainly CSV and Excell File; You need to provide ,configurate and install the extension. Also we will provide an Excel CVS File for you to load these products as a test. We will need a tutorial for us to load products. It should be a easy task. 2) Google Shopping Data Feed Extension; You need to provide,install and configurate the extension. Also, we need you add the datafeed and load the products to our Google merchant account to be updated automaticaly and daily. Payment will be release once this is 100% completed to our satisfation.
