I need a small dc brushless motor designed and prototyped for a personal project. Ideally it will operate in the 200-1000 rpm range with less than 5v input, extremely efficient at low rpm and when run near no load. It also needs to be silent when running, or as close to silent as is feasible. Desired current draw on this motor is less than .5 ah. I prefer something that runs no load closer to .1 ah. Physical size should be similar to that of a 23g blue wonder.
You should be able to design and build a prototype of said motor (I have no issue with reusing parts from off the shelf motors in order to get a functioning prototype quickly and affordably).
