Project Description

We are looking for a professional writer with expertise in social
media, marketing, strategy, web writing, and research. Our team is
working on a Social Media Strategy for a retirement home and needs
help with writing sections on social media engagement strategies,
metrics, and internal marketing. Your job would be to recommend
engagement strategies and techniques for an organization that is
looking into creating its Facebook and Twitter pages, updating the
website and connecting all these channels to improve audience
and staff engagement, fundraise, provide customer service and advice,

We will pay $500 for this work. This is part 1 of this project. If we
like your work, we may consider involving you in the next stages with
additional pay (we will negotiate as we go).

About 25% of the document has already been completed by our team and
by the time you start, we will have completed close to 50% - all the
soft sections on benefits of media, organizational objectives, SWOT,
environmental analysis (sections 1 to 6). We have also amassed quite a
bit of research and background material, so you will have quite a bit
to start with.

You will be responsible for writing 3 sections (7,8, 9). You will
start the work as soon as we award the project (hopefully Nov 10) and
will be required to produce draft 1 by November 15 and the final draft
by the end of November. You will be submitting sections as soon as you
complete them, with Draft 1 of section 7 due on Nov 13 and sections 8
and 9 by Nov 15. We reserve the right to cancel the project if the
work you produce on Nov 13 is below our expectations.

You will need to do your own research for the sections you are going
to be responsible for (see attached document for more details):

7. Social media engagement (7 pages at least, Milestone 1: $200
released upon successful completion)
8. Evaluation and continuous improvement (5 pages at least, Milestone 2: $200 upon successful completion)
9. Internal marketing (Communications plan) (3 pages at least,
Milestone 3: $100 upon successful completion)

We will put $200 in Escrow upon the project start. If your work is
exceptional, we will consider a bonus. The attached outline is the
starting point and you may adjust it based on your expertise and

ALL drafts (including Draft 1) must be:
- at least 15 pages combined for your sections (7, 8 and 9)
- provide clear recommendations and be specific to our organization
(not to recycle your previous work)
- be written in text, not a bunch of bullet points
- logical structure and flow
- free of grammatical and stylistics errors
- use professional charts and graphs to back up your recommendations
- look clean and professional (even for drafts)
- use formal language and avoid colloquialism
- written in plain language and be understandable by non-technical audiences
- Be original (pass Copyscape check) and use APA reference style

You must be:
- Professional writer with expertise in social media, medical,
marketing, technical writing, web writing
- Have university degree in a related field
- Dynamic and able to adapt to changes in requirements and direction
- A native English speaker
- An individual, not a firm
- Friendly, customer service oriented and a team player
