Project Description

We are seeking a professional well established call centre to carry out UK telephone consumer surveys. The ideal call centre will have proven success in similar campaigns ensuring good quality agents are provided.

With past experience, an agent should be able to exceed 4 surveys per hour. On this basis payment is £[url removed, login to view] GBP per survey, and payments will be made within 7 days of the end of the month.

The call centre must be able to supply daily call recordings for all calls made.

The call centre will use company survey software to carry out the campaign, from this we will provide daily reporting on agent performance and any other reports we feel are necessary to make the campaign a success.
