We are a 17 year old commercial janitorial service that has just opened a satellite office in the Clearwater / Safety Harbor area. We have immediate opening for an Inside Sales Associate to generate new business opportunities by researching local markets, finding and calling prospects, and scheduling appointments for our Outside Sales Consultants. If you are engaging on the phone, charismatic, a go-getter, and someone who works well independently contact us today to become an important part of our sales team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer contact lists

• Perform outbound calls from sales lists we provide

• Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team

• Achieve or exceed sales metrics and revenue targets for your position

• Manage appointment you set and email or entered them in to our CRM

• Communicate well with customers and upper management

• Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs


• Telemarketing experience selling services to businesses

• Articulate, compelling, and creative in verbal (phone) communication

• Experience using online sources to get information

• Organized with good work ethic

• Positive outlook

• Able to switch back and forth seamlessly between call lists, geographical areas and customers

• Basic to intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills

• Likes to work as part of a team but works well alone and unsupervised

• Needs minimal training and will be able to hit the ground running

• Quick learner and works as part of a winning sales team, then this position is right for you!

• Work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday EST, MST, CST, PST

Please note that the project is set to a low budget because I want everybody to bid per appointment not on the project as a whole. This project has an unlimited budget as we can take an unlimited number of appointments.
