I work with a financial services company that has an extended health benefits program that costs the employer nothing to join, the employees nothing either, yet creates tremendous benefits for both parties. The employer will save $300-$400/yr on taxable income per employee while the employee 99% of the time will increase their net take home pay. Nothing changes regarding the company's current provider or their current benefits.
This is similar to a cafeteria 125 plan, however the difference is that ours caters to the middle and lower class employees as well. I just need people to set qualified appointments with decision makers of companies with 50 or more employees so that we can go in and give the presentation. We can help smaller businesses as well, however the bigger companies are going to reap the most reward.
