Project Description

I operate a training and development business that trains non-profit and public sector practitioners. From Feb 28 - Jun 16, 2014, I have 11 workshops. I am looking for a sales professional with cold calling experience to contact non-profit and public sector managers, directors and executive directors to sell workshop spaces. There are up to 250 workshop spaces that can be filled. I am aiming to have 40% of these seats (100 workshop seats sold) filled through phone sales.

These workshops take place in TORONTO & NEW YORK CITY so selling will be to organizations/agencies in these cities. You can sell to Toronto and/or NYC - although, it is ideal if you can sell to both. The ideal hours of operation are 8:30am - 11:30am EST and 2:00 - 5:00pm EST. I expect 24 - 32 hours per week to start. Sales will continue from Feb 21 until June 3rd, 2014. If sales are going well, hours will increase if both parties agree. Motivated professionals who reach sales targets each month will receive a bonus of $750 for that month.

For compensation, I offer an hourly rate of $15 per hour (negotiable) PLUS a commission of $20 - $50 per registrant (for each workshop space sold - some sales will be multiple workshop registrants).

Next 6 weeks - forecast for sales from this campaign:

Feb 17-21 8

Feb 24-28 10

Mar 3-7 10

Mar 10-14 10

Mar 17-21 10

Sales are expected to continue until June 3, 2014. I will also be doing a campaign in August-November, 2014.

My workshops are about making service experiences better for clients. I am looking for a professional to can offer the same level of professionalism in their sales calls as I do when delivering my services.
