Project Description

I’m looking for someone with enough knowledge of hydrodynamics / fluid dynamics / mathematics / physics to read scientific papers and produce Mathematica code from them.

This first project simply consist of modifying the given dynamic equation of movement of a body submerged in water with the force exerted by the waves as described in the attached paper. No need to make a working program, just to modify the equation including the forces by making reference to the equations described in the paper and describe the reasoning used.

In the attached files you can find:

[url removed, login to view] => Mathematica notebook with the equation to be modified.

[url removed, login to view] => Paper which describes in the first 5 pages [521-525] the forces to be used.

Please consider this small problem just a teaser to locate freelancers with hydrodynamic and physics/mathematics knowledge for a future project or projects of a wave-body interaction simulator to be developed in Mathematica.
