There is a research paper which is about the function approximation of RBF network and RBF network with node fault.

U juz need to do the part of the paper. It is about the performance of RBF network under faulty situation.

First of all, I need you to find out the trainning set error and test set error of three data sets shown in page 18 (Initial milestone, cheap price)

Then,In page 19 to page 21 , juz help me to reproduce the simulation of the curve "Test set error" (second milestone, normal price)

Finally, I need you to write me a mini report(10pages) to detail explain ur code (third milestone, the highest price (becoz im afraid u dun do it after u finish the second milestone))

I think the equations/algorithms needed are only in page 5 to page 9. Page 10 to page 17 are difficult things u dun need to care about it in this time (maybe i will need u to do next after u finish this)

So, I may have tips to help u to reproduce the simulation. (Only my opinion, we can discuss.)

The most important thing is I have to see your progress in every 1/2days. juz show me the photo capture or skype or anything to prove u r working. (becoz my project was incompleted by many freelancers without notice or delay by many excuse.) I think if u are expertise in this kind of project, u can finish in 3 to 5days.
