MATLAB file parsing: 3 Tasks

Attached is a specs Word doc which describes 3 tasks, as per the corresponding MATLAB files in the zips enclosed. The first is a format change from if-else to switch-case, the second is an integer formatting fix, and the third is a reverse lookup (from within the file types shown in the third zip) to translate two selected rows (one of which corresponds to the selection of a combination of parameters, and the other which corresponds to setting each of their values) to output the selected parameters and values to a text file. How the lookup would be done is shown in the Word doc. This is for MATLAB r2007a running on Windows XP.
