The output of this project is source code in Mathematica.
The mile stones are the following.
$10: Just send me Mathematica notebook print screen like the Figure 1 in the attached PDF file.
(The letter u must be replaced with letter a, and v with b respectively to avoid cut-and-paste cheating.)
$40: Send me a Mathematica notebook print screen for eq(4) without input part, just OUTPUT only.
$50: Entire source code submission in the Mathematica note book file format.
I expect that each process are described by comments in the source code.
The source code must be filled with rich comments at least every 10 lines. (in average.)
