I am looking for someone who can design this fan motor & blades to an energy saver fan.

Specifications for this fan are following:

Voltage: 220v ac

Power: 110W

Rpm: 1250

Blades: 24inch

Air Volume: 6000 CFM

Want this fan to be an energy saving DC fan with these specifications:

Voltage: 24v dc

Rpm: 1250

Air Volume: 6000 CFM

Motor type: BLDC

1. You have to completely redesign the motor to BLDC motor with these specifications.

2. You choose correct magnets and wire size

3. You calculate how much power it will save by switching over to DC.

4. Calculate motor efficiency.

5. Design the blades to get most possible CFM per watt air volume.

6. I don't know how much is motor efficiency. You have to calculate it self for the old and new.
