I would like someone to write software that reads data from 3 different sensors (body tempter, heart rate and skin conductivity).

The idea is to attach these to a person while doing exercise and to gather the data in a PLC as a CSV file (comma separated value), to allow later analysis of the data (when extracted from the PLC to the computer).

The PLC is connected to battery and should be able to run for at least an hour.

The idea is to buy existing sensors, to buy an existing PLC (e.g. arduino), to write a software for the PLC to gather the data from the sensors, and to allow extraction of the data to the computer.

* The sensors and the PLC will be sent to the developer and upon project completion will be send back to me (these are standard parts, and their specs can be found on the internet), if the developer prefers to buy the parts, an additional money will be passed to him (as long as the parts you buy are reasonably priced and matchs my preferences).

All the source files and project definition files will be sent to me and the ability to change compile and run the product on my own is a requirement for the project completion.

If this is not too hard and expensive, an additional payment can be made to get the PLC to send wireless data to the computer for online analysis.
