You will need to make two templates from that template, one that uses Document Properties and another that uses Bookmarks to import the data from access. This means that the Access file will need a form that has two buttons, one that exports the data, which is described in the next sentence, using the Bookmark method or the Document Properties method. The access file needs to be able to export information for each contact that has a balance owed and create a separate Word document for each of those contacts from one of those 2 templates.
