I run a photography business and would like a Microsoft Access Form/data base to manage my client bookings and overall business.
* include a "tick box" once customers have signed a Model release form
* Customers phone number as the ID number
* Customers table so I only have to enter them once (like having an account for each customer)

* Payment type/balance etc.
* Profit made on Packages purchased (per day/ per week / per month / per year)
* Gift vouchers with 6mth automated expiry date
* Email button to notify customers when there prints are ready to pickup
* Calendar for Bookings linked to outlook
* Extra items orders outside packages
* Hiring of props - customer name, deposit, payment type, balance, date, description of prop
* Studio Hire - customer name, deposit, payment type, balance, date, time
* Print costs per size
* what prints are included in each package and profit per package
