I've put in a relatively low-priced bid for your project in the hope of getting your attention. I am an Access developer of 10 years (in banking) but the one thing I have yet to do - and really want the opportunity to do - is put a database up on Sharepoint Access Services. I recently built an Access application for a Freelancer customer (see my profile - the data is similar to yours actually), and the next part of that project is to transfer it to Sharepoint, but we won't be doing that for another month or so. Hello, Greetings!! Thanks for share this requirement. I have gone through your requirement and here I am sharing my view. Approach: We will create access database will all the tables as you mention in your requirement. We will create different forms in access database from where user can insert data which will store in access tables. Using access services we will publish that database in SharePoint site. User who has access of the site can access that database and view it. For audit trail we have to write coding in Access as VB script. We will write code when any record added/updated/ deleted data will be inserted to another table. In such a way audit trail will be maintain. We will write script for all the tables. Quesion: 1) As you mention all 5 users can edit but with hideen audit log. Audit log is for log activity. So why user's can edit that records? Audit trail is for only view purpose. I am not clear on CMS and admin requirement point which you mention. 2) In some tables you mention downloadable. How you want as downloadable?
