Business Client Details Database

We are a private tuition company and want to set up an access 2007 database so that we can keep track of our client details better. This database will not be handling or producing any invoicing or billing, only allowing me to check off the state of the invoices (i.e. have they been payed) The winning bidder will be provided a detailed outline of what the functionality needs to be and what info we need in each form/query/report however I am not the best with access and am not sure how to achieve the functionality I am looking for using a variety of tables. The database will need to be able to have the following sort of functionality.

Forms and brief descriptions

New client form

- Basic client contact and address details (text)

- The clients availability, with ability to input time ranges for each day of the week (text)

- The clients number of weeks to be booked (text)

- The clients required subjects (drop list)

- Number of sessions per week (can be up to 4 sessions per week)

- Session length for each session (drop list)

- Start dates for each session (date)

- Payment details (i.e. upfront EFT or Recurring credit card etc.) (drop list and text)

- Based on these inputs I want a list of available tutors for each of the subjects to be shown (based on the tutors defined subject abilities)

- I want the generated list of tutors to include phone number and suburb of each tutor so admin can contact them easily

- Confirmed Tutor for each session (text)

- Confirmed dates for each session (date)

Client management form

- Client name/ID

- Tutor Name

- Using the data from the new client (Number of weeks and start dates for each session) I want to generate the required number of bookings on the given dates i.e. (3 weeks with the first session on 16/01/12 generates 16/01/12 23/01/12, 30/01/12)

- For each date I need 3 check boxes indicating different stages of the invoicing/payment process i.e. session sheet submitted, invoiced, paid)

Tutor form

- Hold all the tutors contact details and info

Customer complaint form

- customer details

- Basic text cells to enable notes to be taken

- drop down box to enable the complaint to be categorized

Tutor review form

-Client name


- Basic review questions some text and some check boxes

Queries/reports required

I want to be able to generate the following

- List of clients that need to be invoiced in a given week (based on weather the invoiced box has been checked or not)

- List of bookings in a given week, sorted by tutor (provided session submission form has been ticked)

- List of outstanding session submission forms in a given week

- Customer complaints information in a given period (sorted by category)

- Tutor reviews information (sorted by tutor)

As stated the winning bidder will be provide more specific detail about exactly what cells will be required and how we would like the functionality work but you decide how to arrange the tables to suit the end use. If there is any further information required please ask. I have been led to believe this is well in the range of access 2007 capabilities since I could generate these through excel but like the reporting abilities of access better.
